The Creator Directory (/reports/creator-directory) is the per-creator performance table for an org's affiliate/KOC roster: one row per creator, with GMV, NMV, order count and cancellation rate alongside affiliate commission and content activity, filterable by brand.

What the table shows#

  • Revenue: GMV, NMV, order quantity, and cancellation rate — the same order-level definitions used everywhere else in the product.
  • Affiliate commission: commission estimated and commission paid, sourced from the platform's affiliate-order data (per-SKU, with a settlement status). Commission is a cost, so it is never merged into GMV/NMV — the two stay on separate columns and separate totals.
  • Content activity: livestream count, video count, active days, views, and average live viewers, plus last-active date — signal for whether a creator is "systematic" (steady content) or a one-off spike.
  • Follower count, shown as secondary context next to activity, never as the primary ranking column.

What is deliberately excluded#

Follower count and lifetime GMV are context, not ranking signal — a creator with a large following but no recent content is not ranked ahead of an active one on that basis alone. The directory does not show a creator's private messages or chat history; that data carries heavy PII and does not feed a ranking or a decision here.
