MSO Cloud is the software platform of YouNet's Marketing Systems OS (MSO): decision infrastructure for marketing. It ingests an organization's marketing, commerce, social, and market data into one governed warehouse, turns the data into signals and recommendations with the reasoning attached, and validates every outcome against first-party business results. MSO Cloud is not an e-commerce tool: commerce data is one validation input, the ground truth a marketing decision is checked against, not the product's subject. When the data cannot support a number, the platform says so instead of fabricating one.

Start from what you came to do#

Not sure which of these you are? Getting started by task walks the four paths in order.

The operating loop#

The platform reads signals, proposes a decision with its reasoning attached, and records the decision. A human approves what gets activated. Validation checks the outcome against first-party business results, and the result feeds back into the next read of the market. MSO Cloud recommends and records; it does not act on marketing channels by itself.

The four axes#

Solutions

What the platform solves, by need, by industry, and by the trust boundary it holds. The entry point for a business reader.

Architecture

How the system is built: tenancy, the data pipeline, the decision engine, the stack, and how the platform itself is engineered.

Product

What each feature does: dashboards, the data assistant, exports, reconciliation, and the measurement model per axis.

Guides

Who uses the product and how: by organization type and by role, plus the screen-by-screen manual.
